Nutri-Sport Supplement Tip: Testosterone-unlocking the full potential

Testosterone is without a doubt one of the most powerful hormones, next to insulin. Everything from strength, aggression, muscle growth, etc. stem from the circulating testosterone levels. However, it’s also a matter of keeping a fair balance in three different types.

Testosterone

Testosterone

Within the bloodstream, there is SHBG bound testosterone, albumin bound testosterone and free testosterone. SHBG (sex hormone binding globulin) bound testosterone has uses for things such as skin/hair/bones, and rendered useless for muscle/strength.
Albumin (protein) bound is a little more useful as the bond is weaker and can be utilized more readily to convert over to free testosterone.
Finally, the unadulterated form of free testosterone is where the magic happens. This testosterone will hit your androgen receptors in full force, allowing you to train harder, train heavier and of course, make more gains! Question is, how do you create a more favorable environment?
Two products in store are my usual go to options. Standalone stinging nettle root from NOW Foods can free up some of that locked down goodness. Another great blend that can also decrease estrogen levels and cortisol levels, would be Recycle from Purus Labs. If you’re interested in taking your natural testosterone to the next level, this is for you!
