I recently had the opportunity to present to members of Drake University’s Weightlifting Club about my approach to a balanced life and effective fitness program. The points I delivered during my interaction are the same tried-and-true components that I personally live, and teach our clients at Nutri-Sport. - EVERY DAY counts
- EFFORT in equals RESULTS out
