Let’s face it, you aren’t going to always feel 100%. It could be getting sick, a little nagging injury or a big one. However, it is key to not let these episodes de-rail you and cause you to go backwards.

To summarize:
- If you aren’t feeling 100%, reduce the intensity so that you can still make progress but not impact recovery
- With injuries, find ways and exercises to work around them
- When you are very sick (flu, etc) stay out of the gym and let yourself get better (and don’t get others sick)
