Training tip of the month:
Meat and potatoes
Often times people get hung up in the details of a training program and they lose sight of the main goal.
For example, if one is focusing on overall growth, they might start worrying about what angle they should do cable crossovers to optimize chest development.
Another perhaps is someone is concerned with fat loss and looking for the best ab exercise to tighten up their waistline.
Both of these are legit questions, but should not be a concern really as there are an infinite number of factors to be fully realized that will make a significant impact. Focus on the ‘meat and potatoes’ and spend more time on generating consistency with intensity rather than the small details.
