Nutri-Sport Training Tip: Trunk rotation exercise

Nutri-Sport Full Potential Training‘s Mike Beiter, CPT, along with a client, demonstrates a unique transverse abdominal move.  This trunk rotation exercise is great for firing the muscles of the core and targets the often under trained obliques.  (If anything, the video is worth viewing for the sake of Mike’s pants.)

A few points to remember when performing this exercise:

  1. Shoulder width stance
  2. Over under grip with hands
  3. Keep arms straight
  4. Use your trunk to move the weight
