With schedules going at high-speed, a virtual and global world, mobile phones being computers, there is no doubt we are super busy these days!  That being the case, we still have to stay healthy and find a way to get our workouts in and keep nutrition consistent.  In the video below, Ryan discusses how you can do that with some helpful tips:

To summarize:

When life is crazy/nuts, it’s even more crucial to have a plan in place.

Workouts:

  • Focus on reducing workout to 3-4 days per week
  • Condense workout to main idea/goals
  • 20-30 minute workout (if it’s worth doing, it’s worth doing minimally)

Nutrition:

  • Find a couple hours to prep/pack meals for the week
  • Freeze “grab and go” meals
  • On days you don’t workout, lower carbs a bit to adjust for lower activity
  • Protein bar/shake as needed when that is the only option
